Customer Relationship Specialist

The Customer Relationship Specialist is focused to keep and develop successful business cooperation with a list of small and medium-size customers, preliminary agreed with Commercial / General Manager.


  • Works closely with the operational department in order to provide correct information to the clients
  • Keeps agreed terms from both sides: GOPET and the Client
  • Ensures stable long-term development of the business
  • Sets a proactive approach, determining new business opportunities both from the existing clients and new clients
  • Generates different reports, when needed
  • Is acquainted with general terms, routines and main contact details of the customer
  • Keeps above information updated and support all teams to promptly find information needed
  • Communicates all above info to all concerned GOPET teams in a prompt and clear way, in order to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Maintains a strong knowledge of the services offered by the company
