Our Air Freight Division received a request from our partners in Dubai to find the fastest and most competitive solution for transporting aircraft parts from Bulgaria to Northwestern France for repair.
The shipment consisted of 3 Euro pallets weighing a total of 345 kg, with the final destination being Dinard–Pleurtuit–Saint-Malo Airport in France. The challenge was to meet several requirements simultaneously – a competitive price, a specific truck type, and a fixed delivery deadline.
The Challenge
The shipment was time-sensitive and required a solution that could combine speed, reliability, and cost efficiency. Finding the right transport option was only the first step. The shipment also had to reach its final destination on time, with the agreed vehicle type and without compromising on the customer’s requirements.
With the request coming through our Air Freight Division, close coordination with our Road Freight Division was essential to finding the right solution.
Our Approach
Our Air Freight and Road Freight teams worked together to organize a door-to-door groupage transport solution from Bulgaria to the destination at Dinard–Pleurtuit–Saint-Malo Airport.
By combining the expertise and capabilities of both teams, we were able to secure the required transport solution, meeting the agreed price and vehicle specifications while keeping the shipment on schedule.
The result was a transit time of less than 90 hours from door to door for the shipment of 345 kg, with the transport completed smoothly and without delays or complications.

The aircraft parts reached their destination in Northwestern France within the agreed timeframe, meeting all the customer’s requirements for price, vehicle type, and delivery date.
