Gopet Trans is just about to finalize a new WMS/ERP solution for all its logistics activities, the result of a 2 years project aiming to bring efficiency at every level of activities and support further growth of the company. The solution is vertically integrated on top of Microsoft Dynamics Navision (Navi Trans) developed by Young&Partners with specific modules custom built to fit our activity particularities. For instance, we were the first company in Bulgaria to develop a module dedicated to cross-docking activities.
The new system allows for:
• Improved allocation of resources based on automated flows of information from all activity points (whether we talk about Sofia facility or those in Romania and Greece),
• Continuous performance monitoring with real-time adjustments,
• Swift and accurate communication with clients (EDI integration- via interfaces with clients` own systems).
