For the last five years, Capital Bulgaria, the most important business publication in Bulgaria, is actively supporting the development of young leaders and managers with its national platform, Next Generation Managers.
The Competition is open to managers under 35 years old, whom can apply directly or be nominated by another person. The Jury evaluates their career development, innovation and leadership abilities, and the achievements of their current position before awarding the prizes which consist in EMBAs to further continue their development in their chosen fields.
This year, 70 young managers entered this competition, and Gopet was represented by Ivan Takev, our CIO. His professional achievements impressed the Jury which awarded him the 3rd place.
